Designed to Feel
Concept
A wedding is not one moment. It is a sequence of emotions. This work was designed to follow that arc — from stillness to warmth to celebration — using decoration as the instrument that conducts the feeling of each scene.
結婚式は、一つの瞬間ではない。感情の連なりだ。 静から温かみへ、そして高揚へ。その流れに沿って装花を設計した。感情を演出する楽器として。
Design Approach
The decoration was structured across four movements, each with its own emotional register.
The welcome party was designed for ease — warm tones and soft textures that invite guests to arrive and relax, before the ceremony begins.
The ceremony was built on stillness. White flowers and an open sky, with space held deliberately quiet to let the weight of the moment settle. Peaceful and elegant, without distraction.
The party shifted the tone entirely — colorful, layered, and alive. The palette was chosen to lift energy and sustain it through the evening, warming a traditional interior with unexpected color.
The after-party stripped everything back. Decorations gave way to light alone: fireworks and bare electrical illumination, letting the night speak for itself.
装飾は4つの場面で設計した。それぞれに固有の感情がある。
ウェルカムパーティーはリラックスのためにデザインした。温かみとやわらかさで、ゲストが自然と緩める空間をつくった。
挙式は静をつくった。白い花と開かれた空。余白を意図的に保ち、その瞬間の重みが空間に落ちるように。ピースフルでエレガントな世界観。
パーティーでは一転、カラフルで重層的な色彩を使った。エネルギーを高め、夜が深まるにつれて盛り上がりが持続するよう、伝統的な室内に予想外の色を持ち込んだ。
アフターパーティーは、装花を手放した。光だけが残る。電飾と花火が、その夜を語る。
